Steps to Building Your Home
Before starting, it’s key to understand the overall schedule and process.
IMHOME’s step-by-step guide helps plan your purchase.
-
step
01Research and Information Gathering
Building a home is a major investment.
That’s why it’s essential to take time for thorough research in advance.
Gather information online, request brochures, and compare various options
to envision the ideal home that best fits your lifestyle.
We also recommend visiting showrooms, attending open house tours,
and participating in seminars or events for firsthand insights. -
step
02Financial Planning
Financial planning is key.
At IMHOME, about 10% of our staff are former bankers, enabling us to provide expert financing advice and propose realistic, stress-free plans.
With our transparent, fixed-rate system, we help you build a home that fits comfortably within your budget. -
step
03Land Survey
For customers who already own land,
IMHOME staff will conduct a detailed site inspection, including checking boundaries, road width, and other key conditions.
If you don’t yet own land, we’ll work closely with you from the very beginning
to help you find the ideal property for your new home. -
step
04Layout & Interior Design
Together, we’ll decide finishes, interior materials, and fixtures using samples and product catalogs.
We also finalize floor plans, elevations, and cross-sectional drawings—
defining the overall image of your home’s interior.
These discussions lead to precise planning for structural and equipment design. -
step
05Contract Signing
After reviewing the final estimate, we sign the construction agreement—officially beginning your homebuilding journey.
-
step
06Construction
Once permits are approved, construction begins: Groundbreaking → Construction Start → Slab Pouring (Framing Completion) → Interior & Exterior Finishing → Property Registration → Final Inspection & Completion.
-
step
07Handover
Once construction is complete, your new home will be officially handed over to you.
During the handover, we will explain how to use your new fixtures and equipment.
Even after the handover, IMHOME will continue provide lifelong support.
CONCEPT
IMHOME-Building Philosophy
-
Crafting a Life in Okinawa,
Committed Our Customers’ Assets for Generations. We value the philosophy of not merely “building houses,” but “building life in Okinawa.”
To protect our customers’ assets for years to come, we recommend reinforced concrete (RC) homes. With superior earthquake resistance, fire resistance, and durability, RC structures are designed to withstand the “what-ifs” of the future—
to flow smoothly from the previous clause.
The statutory useful life of RC construction is 47 years—more than twice that of wooden structures. -
Fulfilling Your Vision
Fair Pricing ・ Fixed-Rate Plans ・ Custom DesignWith our fixed-rate custom homes, the price of the main building is determined by the total floor area, allowing us to create the ideal home within your budget.
Because each home is custom-designed to fit the size and shape of your land, the floor plan, layout, and design can all be tailored to your preferences.
